The terms behind a focused tracking experience.

These Terms of Service govern your use of GymTribe and the public website at gymtribe.fitness. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GymTribe.

GymTribe is provided by Sambangi Inc., based in Calgary, Canada. You must be an adult and legally able to enter this agreement to use the service. GymTribe is not intended for children.

Provide information that is accurate and keep it current. Protect your sign-in credentials and notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the law requires otherwise.

If you use GymTribe as a trainer, you are responsible for inviting only appropriate clients and for using the available sharing controls consistently with your relationship and your obligations to those clients. If you use GymTribe as a client, you remain responsible for deciding what information to record and share.

Health and nutrition information

GymTribe is a tracking and coaching-support tool, not a medical or clinical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of health, fitness, nutrition, weight, or other outcomes. Speak with a qualified professional about medical, dietary, or exercise decisions, especially when you have a health condition or concern.

AI-assisted estimates

Photo and text-assisted food analysis can produce estimates and may be inaccurate. Review every result before saving it, use manual or catalog logging when appropriate, and do not rely on an estimate as a clinical measurement.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as GymTribe develops. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may not use GymTribe to break the law, harm another person, impersonate someone, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, distribute malware, scrape private information, reverse engineer the service except where the law permits, or misuse another person's account or data.

You retain rights to information and content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate GymTribe. You give Sambangi Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Some GymTribe features may require a paid plan. Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are processed by the relevant store and are also governed by that store's terms, payment rules, renewal rules, and cancellation tools. The price and taxes shown by the store control the transaction.

Unless applicable law or the store's rules require otherwise, subscriptions renew according to the plan selected until cancelled through the purchasing store. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends, including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute-related terms, will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, GymTribe is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. Sambangi Inc. does not warrant that the service will meet every need, remain uninterrupted, or produce a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
